Refund & Cancellation PolicyÂ
1. Processing Stage
No refunds will be issued once your order enters the "processing" stage (e.g., assigned to a specialist, digital product generation, or consultation scheduling). Users assume full responsibility for orders placed hastily.
2. Cancellation Requests
To cancel an order, contact our customer care within 1 hour of payment. Refunds are at Nepptor’s discretion if the service/product has not been executed.
3. Technical Delays
No refunds will be granted for delays or technical issues during processing. While we strive to meet timelines, these are approximate and subject to change.
4. Incorrect User Information
Ensure all provided details (e.g., email, shipping address) are accurate. Requests to correct information must be made within 1 hour of order placement. No refunds for user errors.
5. Damaged or Returned Products
Physical Products: Users are liable for damage post-delivery. For "Cash on Delivery" returns, shipping and product costs will be deducted.
Digital Products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
6. Subscription Services
Pro-rata refunds may be issued for subscription delays. Damage during transit (physical products) will be resolved by Nepptor and its partners.
7. Product Display
Product images are for reference. Items are delivered as described; no refunds based on display discrepancies.
8. Service Purpose
Nepptor’s services/products (e.g., software, consultations) do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Users assume all risks; no refunds for dissatisfaction with outcomes.
9. Consultation Calls
No refunds for missed calls due to incorrect contact details or unavailability. Ensure your number is valid and accessible.
10. Refund Processing
Refunds (if approved) will be issued after deducting:
Transaction fees (bank/payment gateway).
Shipping/customs charges (physical products).
Other incurred costs.
11. Payment Issues
If payment fails or is duplicated due to technical errors, check your bank account first.
Contact support if debited unintentionally; duplicate payments will be fully refunded.
12. Order Cancellation by Nepptor
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or service unavailability. A full refund will be issued if payment was processed.
